Fresh, and delicious! Great customer service as well.

Have tried this place twice, both times the talk up their pulled pork. They charge more for the pork and give you a very small scoop. In both cases the rice was under cooked and hard. We will not be going back to this location.

Despite being more of a Chipotle kind of guy I was pleased upon entering Moe's and immediately being greeting by nice young man named Leo. It was my first time in Moe's in a long time and I had no clue what to get, I asked Leo what was good and he quickly said "Everything" this sparked a laugh from me and instantly relieved some stress. He then went on to tell me his favorite item on the menu and what I tend to like, shortly after I had made my decision. We moved pretty fast and I got my food and was more than satisfied.

Sadly, it is worth the drive to go to a different Moes. I have always loved Moes, but since moving to Waxhaw I have been very disappointed with the food and staff. Today was beyond disappointing. I did an online order for a bowl and a burrito. The bowl should have had mojo chicken ad the burrito should have had steak. The bowl had not one piece of chicken. Not kidding, it wasn't like a small scoop, it was literally none. Okay, everyone can make a mistake, right? However, the burrito had absolutely no steak! Had to bring it back and I will never go to this location again. I wish Moe's would do better quality control with it's franchises. Oh well.

Food is always delicious. They need to get the AC fixed! But Gavin is awesome. It's like he knows the menu and his customers so well that he just knows what your gonna order. I love it. We need more people like gavin in the service industry!!

Stale chips and unfriendly service make for a bad experience. This location is closer to me but Moe’s in Indian Land is a much better choice.

I ordered from them and had it delivered through door dash.... when my order got here it was not correct. When I called the store, one of the shift personal (Mackenzie) very rude and hung up on me. waiting on the manager to call me back because he's too busy to talk to a customer.

I beat the crowd on the night I ate there, but I watched people wait in line while I was eating and they were slow. I think they were training one or maybe two people, that could explain it. The manager was friendly but not in control. Their sanitation score was a 90 and I witnessed a few reasons why, if i would have noticed that i would have gone elsewhere. The food was not hot, the salsa station was messy and they were out of soap in the men's bathroom. I chose the wrong Moe's that day, the barbeque Moe's, on the far side is much better.

Gone way down hill fast. Drove here for the quality and service. Both have fallen off. Get no food for your money. Go to Salsaritas or plain old Mexican restaurant. Will get way more for your money and better quality.

The food is always good and the service is always quick. The food is more expensive than taco Bell but the quality is also higher than taco Bell as well.

Honestly I was suprised that it wasn't busy on a Friday evening. It is a good place to bring children. The service was not bad considering there were only three high school students working. They moved us through fairly fast. The food however was not that great. The meat seemed it had been sitting out in the line for a while. I wasn't that impressed with this location or this restaurant.

4 months ago-As another review mentioned, this place just declined to literally one of the worst places in the area. I never eat in and so cannot comment too much on how its maintained but the food is mediocre at times, tasting rather dry, stale, and odd at times. I kept coming here since we didnt have too many options for fast southwest but no more. Worst then the food is the customer service. Its absolutely appalling. The kids there are basically clueless, floundering about, with no sense of clear direction. Then they are absolutely rude to everyone. No real sense of customer appreciation. To be honest, I have noticed some of the same rude staff, time and time again and am wondering what the business owner is thinking. With new options opening up nearby, we finally had it and will not be coming again. The rudeness and attitude tonight was the final straw and we will not be back.

We love Moe's Salads and tacos.However we just left the one in Waxhaw and it was filthy.The tables and floors were covered with food.Literally we were trying to find the "least dirty" table to sit at.The salsa bar, well we just said we will skip it due to the disgusting mess all over it.The beverage area looked like it had not been wiped down all day.Lastly the manager looked about as sloppy as the restaurant. Sad because we really like their food for something fast that is not fast food.

The food here is not bad pretty standard. Its not uncommon for someone in staff to get an order wrong though. I do enjoy the salsa bar which is mostly the reason I will still stop by for lunch every once in a while.

Excellent service. They remember what we like. Smiling a lot. I don't know what other people are complaining about at all. We usually get the Moe's special on Monday. Current price $5.50. I cut mine in half and have another meal out of it. BTW if you are a veteran let them know. 20% discount!!

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the host Kevin was very rude and made us feel like a burden instead of a guest. However, Lisa was very nice and made us feel very welcomed I will definitely go back. Lisa made the whole experience better very nice lady.

Not a bad place. More of a fast-food style restaurant, maybe along the lines of Chipotle. Food was good and tasty, no complaints. Staff was friendly, and seemed possibly short-handed. Choices are plentiful. Prices seem a little on the high side for a place like this ($30 for dinner for 2 with drink). Tables were not clean, and in fact, was sticky and not wiped thoroughly. (pet peeve of mine)I would probably do take out next time, as I saw several people doing the same. The food is good though, and I would definitely come again.

YumI must have been there after a rush was not a clean table and messy floors but food great!! Would be nice tho if they had a short back line for call in orders especially on a friday night.. have to wait ...an wait kinda not fair for those of us waiting in line just out of work long day!! I have waited many times just need a better system for to go orders in my opinion.

One of the best Moe's in the Charlotte area. The staff were outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly. The chips are better than most, and the food in general is top shelf. Top it off with a fully stocked Coke freestyle machine and an immaculate establishment, Waxhaw Moe's is touch to beat.

Very salty chips and the chicken wasn’t very good. I gave two stars because I’ve been to this location before and it was a lot better then this in my previous experiences.

Every time I visit this location I'm greeted warmly and never rushed. The staff always make suggestions to go with what I'm ordering (yes, upsell I know, but the upsell suggestions they make go with what I'm having) The guacamole is made fresh, onsite, daily and is some of the best around.

Ordered online. Order was promised at 7:40pm, order was marked "completed", order was not ready until an hour after that. Several others waiting, same scenario including food delivery people (GrubHub & Doordash). All orders were marked completed, yet none were available. Got home to find total opposite of what we ordered. Could not reach anyone by phone. $40 later we had the worst Moe's experience EVER. We are in an economic slump as a country, it's Cinco de Mayo and you had an opportunity to shine and you blew it. No greeting, no personal service, no accountability. So disappointed.

Filthy, understaffed, out of order equipment, rude staff. Do not waist your time and money. The food at this location is disgusting. Plenty of good restaurants near by.

It has been awhile since we have come because of the lack of service and other reasons. We decided to give it another go, we walked in and we where greeted right away by the staff and one young man, I believe his name was Gavin, who made our food was very up beat, professional and really knew the menu. He even took the time to ask us how our day was (not required). We will be back and please continue to hire more folks like Gavin.

Usually the food here is top notch, but the Queso was so salty I wanted to vomit. The unsweetened tea was mixed with sweet and the chicken tasted two days old. I'll give them another chance in two weeks.

They are friendly and caring people and make the food good and keep it fresh. Really good service and will do what ever they need to do to fix anything.

I moved to the area about 7 years ago and have seen this place just slowly decline to one of the worst places in the area. The tables are hardly wiped down, trash is overflowing, the food has become extremely salty, and they have an ice machine that NEVER has ice! Tonight was the final straw, just disgusting atmosphere and the food was way over salted and ruined the flavor of everything! If you look at Moe’s website, everything the company says what they stand for, this location is not.I have given this place the benefit of the doubt because I live so close and have been a fan of Moe’s for a very long time. “Welcome to Moe’s!” was always a great feeling walking in and at least in this location, they stopped doing it awhile ago.It just seemed like this place just doesn’t care anymore. Convenience in location is no longer acceptable for me to ever come here ever again and I recommend to anyone, don’t waste your money here.

We just catered some food for a small party. We ordered enough for 17 people, but we only had enough food for 14 average people with modest portions. Obviously their servings per person are minuscule. One should probably add 50% more to your order to be sure you have enough food for your party. That MAY leave you with some leftover, but doubtful. On the bright side the food was delicious. The service was also very good.

It was ridiculous and not even cooked. BURNT on the outside and cold in the middle coffee was cold an bitter eggs were gross.... A terrible experience, nothing liked when i was younger definitely 10 thumbs down
